Ms. Denia began working with communities, cities and impact funders in 2010 in the revitalization of the Mid-Market district in San Francisco, heading up projects funded by the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development, NEA, SF Neighborhood Arts Collaborative, Kenneth Rainin Foundation and others, and featured in the Huffington Post and the SF Chronicle. She served two years on the Mid-Market PAC for Redevelopment, and was appointed by the SF Board of Supervisors to the CAC for Mid-Market and the TL for a two year term. Since relocating to Southern California in 2015, she has focused her work on facilitating positive change as a function of business growth. With Reclaimed EcoEnergy (REE), she has broadened the reach of this ground-breaking tech beyond plastics to fuel to meet supply chain needs for recycled plastics, increasing positive impact while remaining committed to recycling sector and business partner priorities.
