MIKE MCEVOY, PhD, NRP, RN, CCRN, is the EMS coordinator for Saratoga County, New York. He is a nurse clinician in the cardiac surgical ICU at Albany Medical Center where he also teaches critical care medicine. Mike is the chief medical officer and a paramedic/firefighter for the West Crescent (NY) Fire Department and a Paramedic Supervisor for Clifton Park and Halfmoon Ambulance.
