Dr. Michael Diebold is a Research Fellow at the Chemours Company, with responsibilities including product and process development, and the study of fundamental properties of TiO2. He has 12 patents and over 20 publications in the coatings field, including a book on using TiO2 in paints and a second book on particles in paints (in press). His numerous industry recognitions include a JOCCA Stern Award, a Roon Award, a Gordon award, and the 2020 ACA Mattiello lectureship. He has given plenary lectures at a European Coatings Conference, a BOYA conference and two American Coatings Conferences.
