Allie Finkell is the Executive Vice President with American OEM Wood Floors in Burns, TN, where she focuses on sales, marketing, and new product development. Having started her career in the wood flooring industry at age 12, she is acutely aware of the importance of networking and building relationships to grow her company brand and presence. She has earned the NWFA Craftsman, Vanguard, and Ambassador degrees and serves on the NWFA's Emerging Leaders Council.
