“Hyunwoo Lee”, ME(Master of Engineering) has been Field Etch Process Engineer position at Lam Research Korea since 2016 with responsibility of etch process development of memory devices, and supporting for SK hynix customer. Prior to joining Lam Research Korea, “Lee” was Etch Process Engineer position for DB HiTek. During his 7# years at DB HiTek, “Lee” spent time for developing etch process of Logic, PMIC, and DDI devices. ”Lee” received a Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering from Chungnam National University, Daejeon, Korea and a Master’s degree in Material Engineering from Chungnam National University, Daejeon, Korea. During Master’s course, “Lee” have studied on characteristic study of High-K material capacitor device.
