Mr. Ming Li works 18 years at KLA, the world No. 1 semiconductor inspection equipment company and a leading supplier of semiconductor process control and yield management solutions. He is the head Marketing in Surfscan-ADE division. His contribution to semi industry is helping the leading-edge production fabs to adopt Surfscan tools for random defects detection and reduction. Ming loves to interact with customers to provide innovative solutions for fab production related challenges. He is very happy to participate and present at semiconductor’s major conference to share KLA’s Surfscan technology. Before his marketing position, Ming led Surfscan division’s Applications Engineering team to support customers worldwide. Ming received a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York.
