Nicolas is UBS Head of APAC Technology Research, APAC Tech Strategist and Global Sector Strategist for Semis, Memory Semis and Displays. Nicolas is currently based in Hong Kong, after spending two years in Seoul. Nicolas has covered the Technology industry as an Analyst for 19 years. Nicolas has consistently ranked top 3 in external surveys since 2004. In the 2018 All-Asia Institutional Investor survey, Nicolas was a top 3 Korea tech analyst by number of votes, and his team ranked 1st for Semis & Software/IT Services, and 3rd for Tech Hardware. Prior to moving to Asia in 2009, Nicolas was Head of European Technology Equity Research for UBS in London, and worked as Global Semis Research Co-ordinator at Deutsche Bank and as a Semis Analyst at Morgan Stanley. He also spent over three years in corporate banking at SocGen. Nicolas holds an MBA from London Business School and an MSc from Institut Commercial de Nancy, France.
