Emanuele Bertarelli, Ph.D. is R&D Manager, working in the R&D and Process Engineering Team in Technoprobe Italy headquarter since 2011. He covered different positions in the Company. He is currently responsible of the development of innovative wafer probing solutions through the investigation of new materials and novel designs, and responsible for Technoprobe R&D Laboratories. Prior to joining Technoprobe, Emanuele Bertarelli was Doctoral and Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Technical University of Milano, Italy, and at the University of Freiburg, Germany. His academic research focused on different topics, primarily micromechanics, material characterization at the microscale, numerical methods in engineering. Emanuele Bertarelli received a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering and a Master Degree in Materials Engineering at the Technical University of Milano, Italy. He participated to several research project in academy and industry, publishing more than 20 international scientific articles on journals and proceedings and issuing 4 international patents.
