Wan-Soo Kim, Ph.D. has been a research engineer at SK hynix with memory process development since 1997. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 1995 and 1997, and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Seoul National University (SNU), Seoul, Korea, in 2015, respectively. His research interests include the field of plasma etching for Semiconductor devices.
