Hyungchul Kim, Ph.D. has been senior engineer position at SK hynix for 8 years (or since 2011) with responsibility of diffusion process development for DRAM and NAND devices. Currently, main work in Advanced Process Team is the developing advanced diffusion process and equipment. ”Kim” received a Ph.D. and Bachelor degree in high-k material and plasma treatment from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea.
