Dr. Tommy Oga is the Deputy General Manager for GIGAPHOTON in charge of Technical and Strategic Marketing including Application Engineering, and he has over 30 years of Semiconductor Lithography Industry experience started as Designing and Application Engineer for Lithography Stepper. Prior to joining GIGAPHOTON, Dr. Tommy Oga worked as Chief Application Engineer, General Manager, VP and Director at several companies?including Cymer, Inc. and Canon, Inc. Dr. Oga’s numerous professional publications focus on his research and engineering interests in the lithography market and technology trends. He received the B.E in electrical engineering from Kyusyu University, Japan in 1982, MBA and Ph. D. in Engineering Management from SCU in 1989 and 2006 respectively.
