Michelle Ogburn is currently the manager for Solid Waste at ADEQ. She has over 15 years’ experience in all things environmental from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) Assessments completed in the western portion of the US and Canada. Michelle has both public and private sector experience. She has experience in teaching, environmental consulting, environmental health and safety, Tribal relations, and state government.
