Bryan F. DiLucente is a Managing Director of LitCon Group, LLC and serves as a leader of the firm's commercial litigation practice. Bryan's experience includes construction and infrastructure matters involving the construction of interstate highways, power plants, governmental facilities, prefabricated structures, tunnels/sewers, subway systems and LEED certified buildings. Bryan has assisted in the reorganization of troubled construction companies, evaluated financing alternatives on behalf of construction companies, and has advanced/defended claims associated with builder's risk and other insurance coverages. Bryan has testified in multiple state and federal courts, served as an arbitrator and mediator, and served as a Special Master under Federal Rule 53.
