Dongwan Seo, Ph.D. has been Senior Engineer position at Samsung Electronics since 2018 with responsibility for development of advanced cleaning process. Prior to joining Samsung Electronics, Seo received a Ph.D. degree in “Surface reaction behavior of III-V semiconductors” and “Development of absorber layer for Thin Film Solar Cell” fields from Yonsei University in Korea.
