Jong-Young, Cho, Ph.D. has been Senior Engineer at SK Hynix company for 2 years (2013~present). Major position is W CMP and Post CMP Cleaning development in with Material Development Department for (2017~2018). Prior to joining Material Development Department, “Cho” working in New Memory development focusing Next generation CMP Slurry and Chemical development for 4 years (2013~2016) . Cho received a Ph.D degree in semiconductor material field from Hanyang University, He studied on the mechanism of CMP slurry component and wet etching characteristics using Next generation memory device.
