Carol has been the lead senior engineer for Metro Vancouver for more than 13 years. Previously, she was a transfer station manager for Wastech Service, Ltd. She has also worked for three different municipalities in the Engineering Department in various capacities. Prior work involved battery and fuel cell research with Ballard Research Inc. She has a Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy and material science engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of British Columbia.
