Jeff Duke Bio Jeff is the National Sales Manager for Loop Loc LLC, a manufacturer of Safety Covers, Luxury Vinyl Liners, and Baby Loc removable fence. Jeff started at Loop Loc over 18 years ago as the Southeast territory Manager. Jeff resides in metro Atlanta where he has more than 30 years in the pool and spa industry. His background includes owning and operating a pool company that built pools, had a full service department, and retail.
