Adam Cummings

BASF


Adam Cummings obtained his B.S. in Biology and his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Georgia. From Athens, Georgia, he moved to Charlotte and obtained his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Passionate about science, Adam became a formulation chemist for BASF, immersing himself in a technical atmosphere specifically focused on various architectural coatings and construction solutions. He has been a team member at BASF for over 8 years and is part of the Formulation Service Institute within BASF. A glutton for punishment, Adam decided to obtain his MBA at Wake Forest University to deepen his overall perspective and broaden his business acumen. Adam specifically enjoys learning about novel technologies and scientific advances and is thoroughly interested conjoining that passion with a newfound appreciation for the commercial side of the chemical industry.
