A Consultant in the Dallas Human Capital and Benefits Practice of Willis Towers Watson, Jack works with clients to design competitive, innovative and fiscally responsible total reward benefit programs. His focus is using innovative value-added solutions that focus on reducing human capital risk beyond benefits. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in October 2011, Jack was an Employee Benefits Consultant with Assurant Employee Benefits for six years. Jack holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
