Lindsay has been in benefits communications for more than a decade. Since joining Benz Communications in early 2013, she has supported employee engagement efforts for some of Silicon Valley's largest tech companies. In addition to leading the development of several comprehensive benefits websites, Lindsay has conceived and conducted highly successful benefits campaigns around enrollment, financial well-being, health and wellness, and employee appreciation. She contributes regularly to our thought leadership efforts with an emphasis on behavioral economics, authoring blogs, white papers, and reports, leading webinars, appearing on podcasts, and speaking at industry events. Before joining Benz, Lindsay spent several years with the Nordstrom benefits team as a communications analyst.
