Randy Keuch

In 2013, Mr. Keuch joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as the Head of Total Rewards for the Americas. Teva is a global company headquartered in Israel with annual revenues of about $22 billion and over 55,000 employees. Prior to joining Teva, Mr. Keuch spent nine years as the Global Head of Total Rewards for the HJ Heinz Company. In addition, Mr. Keuch has spent over a dozen years in consulting, taking one of his companies public through an IPO. During his tenure at Heinz, the Company earned the Gold NBGH Best Employers Lifestyle Award (BEHL); a Gold Quill from the Int’l Association of Business Communicators; a Hermes communications award; and was recognized by the Surgeon General for their programs with healthcare disparities. Heinz also captured overwhelming shareholder approval for several innovative executive pay practices where ISS had strongly recommended No Votes to shareholders. At Teva, the Company received the Silver NBGH BEHL Award in 2016 and 2017, and was spotlighted in Fortune Magazine for their wellbeing programs. The Company recently completed a number of very large acquisitions and recently launched an exciting Total Rewards portal for all US employees that drives wellbeing and access to key employee data and resources. Mr. Keuch has a BS and MS in industrial psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology and attended the Executive Management Program at Harvard. He is a CECP; has earned the lifetime achievement award from the American Compensation Association (now WorldAtWork); chaired the WorldAtWork Executive Compensation Advisory Board; and was a member of the Board of Directors for NBGH. He is married and has eight children.
