Kim Davis is a thought leader within Human Resources and all that encompasses in complex organizations. With 25+ years as a practitioner, company founder/entrepreneur, HR consultant and senior executive to many public and private companies in a myriad of industries, Kim has built and supported HR organizations that strategically align business imperatives with employee engagement, positive culture and diverse programs to attract and retain top talent. Kim has been a speaker, presenter and advocate around HR transformations, advancing women leaders and building inclusive environments. Today, Kim leads the Human Resources (HR) team at NFP, which creates, implements and supports NFP’s administrative and strategic employee programs, using a PeopleFirst, people-centric approach. Using this personal approach ensures that NFP attracts, engages and retains top talent that builds innovation and diversity into the company. Kim partners with business leaders to continuously ensure that the programs developed empower NFP employees to live their healthiest, most fulfilling and well-rounded lives. Kim leads a Women in Leadership council, supported by the CEO, to help advance women and high potentials, building the future leaders of tomorrow. Kim joined NFP through an acquisition of a benefits brokerage and HR consulting company that she co-owned, bringing in her expertise on the private equity world of benefits consulting and high-level HR design. Kim holds a BA in Business Mgmt., is a member of SHRM, Advancing Women Leader's (AWE) and the Ellevate Network. She was also named one of Florida’s top 25 entrepreneurial women leaders by the FIU Center for Leadership & Pino Global Entrepreneurship Center. Early in her career, Kim worked with large companies like GE, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, MCI, Equity Residential and Icahn Enterprises.
