Dr. K. Andrew Crighton is Chief Medical Officer of Prudential Financial. He is a champion for a holistic approach to health within a corporate environment that is focused on maximizing the performance of the individual and organization. He leads the company’s global health, safety and work-life efforts as well as its’ Medical Business Consultants – a group that supports the Prudential businesses through its focus on the impacts of science, technology and longevity research on health. Dr. Crighton has been with Prudential since 1999. He has a wealth of experience from previous leadership positions at both health care institutions and corporations. He co-chairs the Health Leadership Council for The Conference Board, is a former Chair of the Health Enhancement Research Organization, and a former Chair of the Northeast Region of the Arthritis Foundation. Dr. Crighton is a charter board member of the Greater Newark Healthcare Coalition, a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Physician Executives, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and American Academy of Insurance Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and a Certified Physician Executive. Dr. Crighton earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Drury University and a medical degree from Ross University
