Candice is the Co-Head of Campus Recruiting for Citadel and Citadel Securities. Candice has been with the firm since 2016 as a part of the COO office for Global Quantitative Strategies. In her role Candice was responsible for specific HR initiatives, evaluation of GQS’s broker relationships, and implementation of various operational programs. Prior to joining Citadel Candice was an Associate at McKinsey, where she specialized in formulating organizational and growth strategy for financial institutions. Candice has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and earned her Undergraduate degree from the University of Technology, Sydney in Property Economics.
