Jim Rodrigues joined the JLL Nashville office in April 2016 as a part of the Industrial Services Division with a focus on landlord and tenant representation in the Nashville industrial market. Prior to JLL he spent 12 years with Prologis, the world's largest owner and developer of industrial real estate, working in markets including Houston, Las Vegas and Seattle, Portland, Oregon, and Reno, Nevada. In Las Vegas, Portland and Reno, he managed all aspects of the business, including asset management, development, acquisitions and leasing. In total, he has managed more than 16 million square feet of industrial real estate and successfully completed more than 500 lease transactions. Jim earned his M.B.A. from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn. Jim served as a Board Member of NAIOP Oregon and is a member of the Owen Graduate School of Management's Alumni Board. He has previously served as the President of Owen's Alumni Council.
