I am in my 28th year in Education. I began my career teaching 1st and 2nd grades. In 1998 I became a school librarian and have been at the same campus for the past 19 years. I may not have changed locations but my job has changed greatly including my title. I went from a librarian to a Library Media Specialist to now a Media Resource Specialist. My position is definitely a mix between librarian and technology integrator. I have been married to my amazing husband for over 25 years and we have two daughters ages 21 and 18.
