Dr. Gary Scott Brown is passionate about education and is presently serving as the Robotics Instructor at The Renaissance Charter School of Coral Springs, Florida. He is integrating STEAM topics within the robotics curriculum. Dr. Brown is a certified Professional Project Manager (PMP) and had taught middle school sciences for nearly 17 years, and served at the university level for nearly 6 years. At Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Brown served as the Instructional Design Project Manager and on numerous committees including the STEAM Curriculum Development Committee. He served as a Peer Reviewer for Quality Matters, and as Faculty Trainer for Palm Beach State College. Dr. Brown enjoys sharing his time and expertise within the community. He is the Vice President, (2017-2019), President Elect (2019-2021) of the REFORMA de Florida, Chapter of REFORMA National. The National Association’s mission is “To Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish-Speaking.”
