David Cox is the director of operations of the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas, the policy advocate for the RNG industry in North America. Under Mr. Cox’s leadership, the RNG Coalition has grown to represent more than 95 percent of the total pipeline-injected RNG volume and 98 percent of the current D3 RIN generation under the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard. He is an attorney, licensed in Texas, Oklahoma and California, and widely recognized for his leadership in RNG law and policy. Mr. Cox has a Bachelor's degree in political science from Westmont College and a Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
