Daryl O’Dell has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and solid waste industries. His duties include design and permitting for solid waste facilities, landfill construction, construction quality assurance (CQA), permitting, project management, environmental compliance, renewable natural gas (RNG) design, and odor evaluations. Mr. O’Dell’s RNG experience includes design and project management for landfill gas collection and control systems, landfill gas to energy projects, and landfill gas to vehicle fuel using BioCNG technology.
