Charles Doucot is Vice President & General Manager of Burning Glass’ HCM Business Unit. He leads our global team bringing innovative solutions to our customers that close the skills gap in the Talent Pool in order for the enterprise to successfully execute against their strategic business plan. Charlie brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership to Burning Glass with rich experience in Data, Saas, HCM, Business Process Management and Analytics. Spending the first 15 years of his career in various leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Company, Charlie led global teams in HP’s Technical Computing and Network Management Business’s and shared best practices on S/W Process and Metrics based on HP achieving SEI Level 5 status on the Capability Maturity Model developed by the Software Engineering Institute. Charlie also held leadership roles at Sybase, IDS Scheer and Kalido. Charlie graduated Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and completed The General Manager Program™, an executive education program, at Harvard Business School.
