Steffen Onclin was borne in the Netherlands. After obtaining his PhD at the University of Twente in 2004, he worked in several R&D functions in the Netherlands and Switzerland with focus on Formulation Additives. In 2009, he joined BASF in Ludwigshafen, where he is currently global development manager for dispersing agents.
