CAPT George Steffen (USNR Ret) graduated from Old Dominion University 1988, Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering. Currently reside in Chesapeake, VA Director of Tactics Development, Doctrine and Warfighting Assessments for Navy Expeditionary Warfighting Development Center. Director of Training for Expeditionary Training Group. Deputy Director of Training First Naval Construction Division Combat tours include, Iraq (2005) N5 for Naval Construction on MEF Planner Staff and, Afghanistan (2010) Battalion Commander supporting operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bahrain, Oil Platform and Kuwait. Other deployments include, Naval Construction Planner for Korea OPLANS, Pearl Harbor HI, Contingency Engineer SWA, Bahrain
