Jennifer Holtz




Jennifer serves as the Deputy Division Chief of the Cybersecurity and Communications Reliability Division of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), where she helps promote the country’s national security and public safety goals by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the reliability and security of the nation's communications infrastructure. As a communications policy attorney, she brings significant federal agency experience across the FCC, National Telecommunications & Information Administration , the president’s principal advisor on telecommunications and internet policy, and Department of Homeland Security’s Emergency Communications Division (formerly the Office of Emergency Communications) as well private sector experience, working both for Kelley Drye and Warren and Booz Allen Hamilton. Jennifer attended Syracuse University College of Law, where she obtained a Certificate in National Security and Counterterrorism Law. She earned a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and Politocal Science and a Master of Arts from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communications. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University with a double major in political communications and electronic media. Recently, Jennifer became the Affiliate Chair for the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
