Paul Greene helps drive the firm’s efforts into the anaerobic digestion (AD) and biogas business. Previously he served as vice president for Natural Systems Utilities, an AD project developer, and also recently served as vice president of O'Brien & Gere, a leading environmental engineering company, where he leads the company's waste-to-energy practice. Mr. Greene is the recent recipient of the American Biogas Council's (ABC) first Biogas Visionary Awards for leadership presented during the founding of the Council. He has presented more than two dozen papers at industry conferences largely on trends in the U.S. AD industry. Mr. Greene was a founding member of the ABC and the first chairman of the Interim Steering Committee when the council was first started in 2010. He also was the first elected chairman and helped oversee the organization's growth from its first founding to more than 200 members. He has served in various capacities in the AD business for more than 20 years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lafayette College.
