Susan Hammer has over 31 years of high-rise commercial property management experience and served as General Manager for AMA Plaza at 330 North Wabash, a 1.1 million square foot multi-tenant office building. AMA Plaza won the 2016 BOMA International TOBY Award in the over 1 million square feet category. Susan holds a BS degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from DePaul University. She is an Illinois Real Estate Broker and holds the RPA HP designation, and is a LEEP AP with an Operations and Maintenance specialty. She is a member of the BOMA/Chicago faculty, teaching three courses in the RPA track. Susan is Chair of the BOMA/Chicago Education Committee.
