Mr. Kurz is the chief engineer of the Enterprise Services Development Branch and the Unified Capabilities Portfolio. He is responsible for the development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of enterprise services for the DoD. As the UC Portfolio chief engineer, Mr. Kurz synchronizes UC programs across DISA with DoD priorities and develops enterprise architectures that support those services. A graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point, Mr. Kurz served for 20 years in the United States Army prior to beginning his civil service career with DISA. He served as the Program Manager for Defense Connect Online (DCO) and Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) before assuming his current role.
