Assisting in both architecting and implementing Privileged Account Security programs at numerous government agencies and private sector companies Noam has also enabled organizations meet numerous risk & compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI, HSPD-12, 800-53, DFARs, 800-171, as well as work with DoD components to implement DoD CIO Lines of Effort requirements. Noam received his Bachelors in Business Administration majoring in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
