Mr. Al Karim was born in Surabaya in 1994. He received the B.Eng. in Industrial Engineering in 2016 from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya, Indonesia. From 2014 to 2016, he was a Manufacturing Laboratory Assistant with Industrial Engineering Department, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya, Indonesia. In 2015, he was a Surveyor of Surabaya Mass Rapid Transit Research. Since 2017, he is working as Business Development & Planning Analyst at PT. Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali (Indonesia's Power Generation Company). His working interest includes the development of business and project management office.
