Ms. Carly Jackson is the Director of Prototyping for Information Warfare at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) and is a Navy Senior Scientific Technical Manager (SSTM). In partnership with the other warfare centers from across the Naval Research and Development Establishment (NR&DE), she typically is charged to lead high priority efforts focused on solving complex warfighting challenges. In an effort to improve the speed and effectiveness of Concept Exploration to the Rapid Fielding of emerging technologies, she has pioneered advanced methods and novel tools that have improved Fleet engagement, industry/government partnerships.
