Dave Vladic is a licensed professional engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State University. He has more than 20 years of experience working on both the consulting and owner side of the solid waste business. He has been involved with solid waste management projects, including municipal and hazardous waste facility permitting/design/operations, construction management; transfer station design and permitting; and as well as general engineering support and guidance for solid waste facilities across the United States.
