David Walker is a staff professional and engineer-In-training at SCS Engineers in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has three years of experience in landfill gas collection and control design, construction oversight and brownfield redevelopment. He also is the Young Professionals leader for North Carolina SWANA. A native North Carolinian, he graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s degree in renewable energy and sustainable and from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering.
