Glen Tobiason founded InnoWaCon, LLC in New Hampshire to market specific waste conversion technologies in North America. Previously, Mr. Tobiason had more than 13 years of experience in all process steps of the Maximum Yield Technology (MYT) used at the Kahlenberg Mechanical Biological waste treatment facility. Fluent in English and German, he has the opportunity to introduce the benefits, flexibility, scalability and sustainability of MYT to various countries and cultures. Additionally Mr. Tobiason is also responsible for the adherence to the governmental regulations pertaining to the plant and worker safety, and for the logistics of Inputs (MSW etc.) to the plant and landfill and correct marketing logistics of the outputs (RDF) of the plant. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston.
