Earl Gloster is the director of solid waste/general services for the City of Clearwater. In addition to his regular duties, Mr. Gloster serves as vice-chair of the Pinellas County Technical Management Committee for Solid Waste management and chairs the safety committee for the SWANA’s Collection and Transfer Technical Division.
