Robert H. Beatty, Jr., is an owner and COO at InsightFuel, responsible for major construction, optimization, new product development, and maintenance operations for company clients. He also leads the company’s efforts as liaison with governments and associations serving on the Pittsburgh Region Clean Cities Board of Directors/Director of Technology and Government Affairs and the Carnegie Mellon University Fuel Freedom Foundation Advisory Committee. He is a Board member and Chairman of the Pennsylvania Independent Oil and Gas Association’s Pipeline Gas Marketing and Development Committee, Chairman of the Heartland Energy Foundation, and Chairman of the Tri-State Alternative Fueling Expo and Convention
