Mr. Barsness started his entrepreneurial career in 1976 as president of RPM Productions, Inc. RPM owned 11 Mr. Gatti's pizza franchises in Texas. These franchises were sold in 2009 and at that time Rick and his wife Cheryl founded, established and refined the concept still now known as the Incredible Pizza Company. Mr Barsness acts as visionary leader for the overall corporate organization. As the guiding force behind the company, his extensive background in business ownership allows him to provide insights into all aspects of the business.
