Lori Weedon is the corporate director of the revenue cycle at Munson Healthcare in Northern Michigan, where she oversees patient access, health information management, and both professional and facility billing for seven hospitals. She has worked in the revenue cycle for more than 30 years at several hospitals throughout the United States, where she has implemented new computer systems, assisted in developing scanning software, led large A/R reduction projects, and implemented Lean Management. Lori has a degree in health information management. She is a registered health information administrator and is a certified healthcare access manager.
