Seong-Min Ma, Ph.D. has been a Principal Engineer at SK hynix since Jan. 2017 in MI TEG team. He joined SK hynix in May 2010. Since joining MI team, he has been working on researching and developing new optical MI methodologies and next generation MI tool concepts to overcome MI challenges for current and future semiconductor devices.
