Keebum Jung, Ph.D., has been a Sr. marketing manager at KLA-Tencor for 3 years with responsibility for flagship product line marketing, strategic planning, and business development. Prior to joining KLA-Tencor, Jung had a wide range of expertise in semiconductor processes and defect management. He held various engineering positions at IBM, Applied Materials for improving defect detection and developing processes for semiconductor. Jung received his M.S. degree in electrical engineering and Ph.D. degree in material science & engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, USA. Jung continued his work as a postdoctoral researcher at IBM Almaden Research Center.
