Bruce Fender received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana in 1997. Dr. Fender has worked in the Semiconductor industry for the past 18 years, primarily in semiconductor cleaning and in the deployment of advanced cleaning technologies. Currently, he works in the PPC group of Applied Materials with his main focus on EUV advanced lithography cleaning for successful EUV deployment to high volume manufacturing.
