DEOK YEON LEE, Ph.D., has been Future R&D Center at SK Hynix Company for 3 years(Since 2015) with responsibility 3D NAND Flash Memory, responsibility Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP). Prior to joining SK Hynix Company, LEE joined KIST (Korea Institute of Science and Technology) Research program and BK21 (Brain Korea 21) Research program. LEE received a M.S and Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry field from Han-yang University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. During the degree LEE written about thirty five papers in semiconductor field of inorganic material and joined several compound semiconductor research program.
